Operating regulations

The site of AUTODROM MOST is a property of the commercial company AUTODROM MOST Inc. ID number 25419048 resided in Most Tvrzova ulice 5, 434 01.

1. With entering the area of AUTODROM MOST during sport events each person enters a voluntary contractual relation and has to bear in conformity with these Operating Regulations and the orders given by the authorised staff of AUTODROM MOST Inc, the security service staff, organisers and the delegated officials.

2. Working hours:
a) The area of AUTODROM MOST is accessible all the time in the course of the year on the base of the agreement with the management of the company. The working hours are from 8 a.m. till 7 p.m.,but can be adapted due to the mutual agreement.
b) The Track - For all the categories mentioned in the Price List the working hours on the track are the following:

The noon break, cleaning the track after the collision, delay of the event start caused by the customer etc. do not effect the fixed time and the price agreed for the time of the event. In the course of the company events or presentation shows the schedule is written in the contract, no driving on the track is allowed after the end of the working hours of AUTODROM MOST.

c) The paddock – if the customer rents the paddock it is opened one day before the event from 20.00 up to 19.00 of the last day of the meeting, if different times were not agreed. For company events and presentation shows the time for the paddock being used is fixed in the Contract.

d) Boxes – if different conditions were not agreed before, the boxes are at the disposal of a customer from 20.00 a day before the beginning of the event and the handover must be done one hour after the end of the event, the box must be in the same condition as it was received. The keys of the boxes are passed together with the receipt for paying the deposit at the office inside the Control Tower of AUTODROM MOST.

e) The spectator’s area is opened to the public only on the days of the official events from 8 a.m. till 6 p.m. During the commercial events the area is opened only on the base of the contractual agreement. The sellers can enter the spectator’s area on the day of the event from 6 a.m. till 6:30 p.m. The rent of the floor space is provided by the organiser service on the base of the rent contract after the payment of the contract price fixed in the Price List has been done. Electricity and water supply can be used by a customer after paying the lump amount determined in the Price List. As an exception, AUTODROM MOST a. s. may change the conditions while allocating the area, method and date of payment related to lease of the area and the related services
In the event that seller leaves its assets on the spectator’s slope at night during an event, AUTODROM MOST Inc. assumes no responsibility for such assets or for the demage, if any, caused to such assets by any third parties.
In the event that the seller remains on the spectator’s slope overnight during an event, it must obtain approval from Autodrom Most a.s. in the form of the indication of such approval on the Agreement on the Lease of Spaces and at the entrance for the sellers (SERVICES).

3. Entering the area of Autodrom site and its leaving is possible only on the base of the contract agreement and with a valid pass for entering the area. The organisers of the sport, commercial or presentation events are obliged to issue their own passes for the access of the Autodrom area and supply the participants with them. The samples of these passes must be sent to the Autodrom Management in reasonable time before the event. The validity of the passes for the participants and the organisers of these events will be checked. The passes are valid only for the event they have been issued for. The people not having the corresponding pass will not be allowed to enter the circuit.

4. The cars can be parked only in designated areas, or on the places following the advise of the organisers or the security services.

5. The site of the AUTODROM MOST can be accessed by any person under the conditions fixed in these Operating Regulations. The youngsters under the age of 15 can enter the area only accompanied by a person older than 18.

6. The access to the circuit AUTODROM MOST is forbidden for the people under the effect of alcohol, drugs, having insects, or the people who show symptoms of infection disease.

7. Any person, who does not consider the advise of the security service staff, organisers or the authorised staff of the AUTODROM MOST Inc. company and is breaking these regulations, or does not bear after the advise of the organisers, or security service staff, or is behaving rude or noisy, will be ordered out of the AUTODROM MOST site. If after all a person does not agree to leave the site, a member of the security service or an organiser has the right to show it out, or even ask police for assistance.

8. The visitors, the participants of any event, the customers or the people renting the site at AUTODROM MOST, may only go to the places designated for them, and must not enter any other areas without a special written permission.

9. The customer or the renter is responsible for all the areas he has the right to use due to the statements of the contract. The area beyond the pits is considered to be a part of a pit.

10. Inside the site of AUTODROM MOST it is forbidden to bear in a way, which can cause danger or mess, or disturb the others with noise. All round the Autodrom site it is forbidden to drive the race vehicles, to tune the engines or make any disturbing noise from 19.00 to 8.00.

11. In the sites designated as non-smoking areas it is forbidden to smoke, or to operate with open fire (to use grills or roasting grids).

12. The road communications inside the site with the exception of the track are the transport roads and the traffic there is governed in conformity with the traffic regulations (no.13/1997 of the Codex and further amendments) and laws about the road transport and transport communications and some law changes no.361/2000 of the Codex. The track is a special purpose communication (sui generic), the traffic there is not governed with the law about the traffic regulations. The traffic on the track is run exceptionally after the AUTODROM MOST Inc., Sport Manager orders (or his attorney), these Operating Regulations and the Terms and Conditions. Nevertheless, the customer is not exempted from certain criminal and property responsibility. The only document for the possible insured accident adjustment is the report about the accident worked out by the customer, in case of the ensured event also the accident report of the AUTODROM MOST marshal.

13. A person driving a vehicle on the roads of AUTODROM MOST must adhere to the Internal Operating Traffic Regulations of AUTODROM MOST and the standard traffic regulations. The people younger than 15, must not ride a bicycle or any motor vehicle inside the Autodrom site. The top speed on all the road communications inside Autodrom is 30 km/h.

14. Each person inside the area of Autodrom is responsible for his properties including the cars and the things inside them and is obliged to secure them so that they can not be stolen. AUTODROM MOST Inc. is not responsible for any harm on the properties brought or left inside the area of AUTODROM MOST. The operator of AUTODROM MOST is responsible for the lost of money, jewels and valuables only under the conditions and up to the amount stated by the Civil Law prescriptions. The visitors of the circuit can leave their cash, jewels and valuables in a safe inside the office of the Autodrom Director.

15. Any thing found in the AUTODROM MOST site must be given to the security service of Autodrom or to the secretary office against signature.

16. The dogs or other small animals must not move unsecured inside the Autodrom site. The owner of the animal or a person who took the animal inside the area of Autodrom is responsible for any harm caused by his pet. This person is also responsible for any cleaning any excrement from his animal on the premises of Autodrom Most.

17. The visitors of the races or any other meetings are responsible for their bearing inside the AUTODROM MOST site. AUTODROM MOST Inc. is not responsible for the damages on properties or health harm of the visitors of any event. The visitors of the circuit AUTODROM MOST must observe the facilities of Autodrom.

18. Intended damaging or stealing of any AUTODROM MOST belongings is considered to be a crime, or an offence.

19. It is forbidden to leave litter or rubbish outside the rubbish bins, to let oil out of the vehicles, or the content of the batteries. The liquids must be given into the cans determined for them.

20. It is forbidden to leave used tyres inside the boxes or in the paddock.

21. It is prohibited to drill any openings in the asphalt in the boxes and in paddock

22.The Basic regulations for the security of the races are the Record of the track admission, the Track Licence, International Sport Code of the FIA, FIM, UEM, the National SPORT Code of FAS and FMS, AČR and the relevant National federation. They are at the disposal by the Sport Director of AUTODROM MOST.

23. During test rides conducted by individuals without safety measures , the number of vehicles operating throughout the race course is subjected to a limit specified and agreed upon or specified by an authorised person acting on behalf of Autodrom Most.

24. While riding, each participant is obligated to wear a helmet during all events taking place on the racetrack.

25. A car and a motorbike are not allowed on the track at the same time. Formula and truck at the same time are not also allowed.

26.The area of the track can be entered only by the competitors, their team members, delegated officials and authorised staff of AUTODROM MOST Inc. Only functionaries and authorized employees of Autodrom Most a.s. are allowed to enter the service communication premises.

27. The Medical Centre provides first aid for injuries or sicknesses during official events. It is located at the end of the pit lane. For the other sport and commercial events the first aid is provided inside the Control tower. After the end of the track working hours the first aid is provided by the supplier and a person can appeal the security service staff who will call the medics.

28. All the offers and complaints regarding AUTODROM MOST and its operating the visitors can be announced to a secretary office of the Autodrom Management.
