THE MOST HISTORIC GRAND PRIX

The Most motor-racing circuit follows up last year’s successful premiere of a very spectator-friendly show involving precious historic cars. However, the organisers have improved its quality so that this time, the fans may also look forward to Formula One single-seaters of the golden age, which appeared on circuits worldwide from the late 1960s to 1985.
The race weekend includes the following events:
- FIA Masters Historic Formula One Championship
- FIA Masters Historic Sports Car Championship
- Gentlemen Drivers Pre-66 GT
- Masters Pre-66 Touring Cars
- HAIGO – touring cars, formulas
- Negotiations with promoters on more series continue
FIA Masters Historic Formula One Championship
These are races involving Formula One Grand Prix historic cars powered by three-litre engines during the so-called golden age dating from 1966 till 1985. The FIA Masters Historic Formula One will bring us back to the era before wind tunnels and energy drinks! The fans can look forward to machines driven by renowned drivers such as Stewart, Fittipaldi, Lauda and Hunt at that time.
FIA Masters Historic Sports Car Championship
The FIA Masters Historic Sports Car championship is a series announced for Le Mans style historic sports cars and Group 4 cars competing from 1962 to 1974. The FIA Masters historic sports cars include big as well as smaller prototypes and GT cars. The following brands are represented: Porsche, Lola, Ferrari, Osella, Coldwell and Ford.
Gentlemen Drivers Pre-66 GT
Endurance racing for GT cars where mostly two drivers take turns. A team strategy is important due to refuelling stops. Here, the crowd-puller is the starting grid full of beautiful Aston Martin, Jaguar, AC, Porsche, Ferrari, MG, Morgan, Chevrolet, Ford, Austin, Alfa Romeo, Triumph and Lotus cars.
Masters Pre-66 Touring Cars
The series designed for touring cars manufactured before 1966 brings together machines equipped with eight-cylinder engines and includes Ford Mustang and Lotus Cortina cars as well as the small Mini Coopers. Those cars have something in common: once they competed both in sprint and endurance races with stops for one or two drivers.
HAIGO – touring cars, formulas
HAIGO (Historische Automobilrennsport Interessen Gemeinschaft Ostdeutschland) is an association of enthusiasts for historic race car technology coming from East Germany. This interest group was founded at the Autodrom Most in 2004 and is made up of two groups: Formula car drivers and touring car drivers. When founding this racing series, the main idea was to employ the discarded Formula Easter and Mondial machines together with Zhiguli, Lada Samara, Škoda 130 R, Zastava and other car designs of the same age. There are always two separate races for touring cars and Formula cars. The series includes races entered by the cars that used to take part in the former “Peace and Friendship of Socialist Countries Cup”.
