Safe driving course
The safe driving course allows participants to meet common situations of everyday traffic. You will learn not only how to deal with these situations but also how to avoid them, e.g., by adhering to the rules for vehicle and driver preparation, which will be discussed in the theoretical part of the course.
During the practical training you can try braking on a dry, wet or very slippery road simulating snow or black ice. Furthermore, thanks to water barriers, you can try braking with avoidance to be ready for an irresponsible pedestrian in a real situation. In the next part of the course you will be able to try skidding on the front and back axle and braking with avoidance up a hill or in a turn.
Course content and scope:
- 120 minutes of safe driving theory
- 240 minutes of practical training on slippery polygon surfaces
- 60-minute lunch break
