Course with penalty point deduction

Since 5 September 2008, the Most Autodrom in cooperating with a team of accredited instructors offering a voluntary safe driving course in accordance with Act No. 374/2007 Coll. and Decree of the Ministry of Transport No. 156/2008 Coll. for drivers with penalty points (sometimes this course is incorrectly referred to as a drifting course or standard safe driving course).

It is available for drivers who, as of the date of submission of their application, have not yet received ten or more penalty points for violating legal regulations, and none of their individual penalty point deductions are supposed to exceed 6 points.

After completing the training, the driver will receive a confirmation certificate. A driver submitting a request for the deduction of penalty points at the appropriate town hall will receive a deduction of three points in addition to the certificate for attending this course. Training can only be carried out by bodies which receive higher accreditation for safe driving courses by the appropriate regional office.

The course with subsequent deduction of penalty points must be paid 14 days in advance.
