The Most Show featuring ADAC GT MASTERS

April 27–29, 2018

A new event on the race calendar. The ADAC GT Masters championship is an international series of races involving modified GT3 class super sports cars based in Germany. The starting grid will be packed with beautiful and high performance cars such as Audi R8 LMS, BMW M6 GT3, Corvette C7 GT3-R, Lamborghini Huracán GT3, Mercedes AMG GT3, Nissan GT-R Nismo GT3, Bentley Continental GT3 and Porsche 911 GT3-R cars.

The race weekend includes

  • ADAC GT Masters
  • ADAC TCR
  • GT4 Central European Cup
  • Octavia Cup

ADAC GT Masters

Speed differences between the respective cars in the field are determined by different design concepts. In order to make up these differences, a ballast system called Balance of Performance is used. Thus, it often happens that there are up to twenty cars within one second, which ensures very close battles and intensifies dramatic moments during the races. This gives the spectators a unique experience maybe comparable with watching duels fought by racing trucks, which are poised on a knife-edge.

The starting grid includes professional works drivers, gentlemen as well as former Formula One drivers. A wide range of European drivers is completed with American and South African drivers, for example. In 2017, some Czech drivers took part in the ADAC GT Masters as well. The Brno-based Šenkýř Motorsport team entered a BMW M6 GT3 driven by Jakub Knoll. The Berlin-based Mücke Motorsport team has been regularly represented by Filip Salaquarda.

ADAC TCR

A touring car race series featuring Niko Kankkunen, four-time world rally champion Juha Kankkunen’s son.

GT4 Central European Cup

GT4 racing, which is reserved for customized road and special cars, is steadily growing. This led Stephane Ratel and his organization SRO to launch several new series worldwide. Apart from GT4 Central European Cup, another newly introduced series are GT4 Nordic European Cup and GT4 Belgium. Czech Republic will host one of the rounds of GT4 Central European Cup, but the series will also visit Austria, Germany, Slovakia and Holland.

Octavia Cup

Favorite series for both drivers and spectators, which offers tense and close racing thanks to identical machinery.
